How does Foxxy’s subscription work?
You subscribe monthly and get access to our full creative team. You can submit unlimited requests anytime — we’ll handle them one at a time depending on your plan’s active request limit. Pause, upgrade, or cancel anytime.
What counts as one request?
A single request equals one service type — for example, a landing page design, a logo concept, or one animation. If you need design and development, we’ll first complete your design, then queue the build next.
Can I request development and design at the same time?
Yes, but only within your active request slots. Each plan includes one active development slot to keep quality high. Designs and builds run sequentially.
Do you handle backend or complex integrations?
No. We focus on front-end and no-code development (Framer, Webflow, lightweight React/Next.js). Backend setup, APIs, or databases are not included.
Is mobile development included?
Mobile app front-end builds (React Native / Flutter) are available on Pro and Advanced plans, or as an add-on. Only one mobile project runs at a time.
What’s included in the trial?
Every plan starts with a 7-day trial. You can experience our workflow, communication, and creative direction firsthand. If it’s not the right fit, cancel within 7 days and get a 70% refund — no questions asked.
Can I access deliverables during the trial?
Yes, you’ll see all work-in-progress. Final source files are delivered once your first full cycle is confirmed or the trial converts into a paid month.
How fast will I get results?
Most requests are delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on complexity. Larger projects like full websites or animations may take longer, but we keep you updated daily.
What if I have multiple brands?
You can submit work for multiple brands under the same plan — up to 2 brands on Starter, 3 on Pro, and 4 on Advanced.
Can I pause my subscription?
Absolutely. Pause anytime, and your remaining days stay as credit for when you’re ready to resume.
We work in Figma, After Effects, Framer, Webflow, and React/Next.js — all synced via Slack for communication and Notion for tracking.
You’ll be paired with a dedicated project manager and senior designer (and developer if needed). Communication happens directly in Slack for fast, human collaboration.
