A formal engagement begins only after:

Both parties agree to a written proposal or contract, and
Initial payment (if applicable) is received.
We reserve the right to decline projects at our discretion.
4. No Guarantees or Warranties
The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties regarding:
Availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform,
Fitness for a particular purpose,
